I got the metaphor (for the most part) before reading your comment :)

I noticed that the art at first is kind of blocky and messy,h and after the baby is born, he is clean and smooth. Is that the idea of life being so hard by the time you die, with mounted embarassments, shames, and worries, and getting a clean slate when we're born?
